The rooms exceeded my expectations for the price, offering a comfortable and clean suite with a sitting room, couch that converts to a bed, refrigerator, microwave, and toaster. It was extremely comfortable and a great value for money. The service was top-notch with extremely friendly and understanding staff who even issued a refund without me asking. However, there was a little hiccup with a staff member being rude due to a confusing entrance situation. The location was super convenient, within walking distance of Perkins Cove, lovely waterfront restaurants, and all the town attractions. The dining experience was fabulous, offering an expanded continental breakfast with a variety of options to kickstart the day. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, making my stay even more delightful.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and very nice, although they seemed a bit worn in some areas. The morning coffee was a delightful touch. The staff was super nice and immediately helped me with a sliding door issue. They were amazing and really made me feel welcome and safe, especially since I was traveling alone. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily walk to Perkins Cove, restaurants, and the Playhouse. I could even reach Ogunquit Beach and Perkins Cove without any hassle. The dining experience was adequate, with many generous choices, but it did get a bit repetitive. The facilities were great overall.
